What is a Synergy Practitioner?

A Synergy Practitioner is an appointment and takes approximately 2 years to achieve. Practitioners who aspire to become a Synergy Practitioner must have completed both Quantum Practitioner and Quantum Master Practitioner programmes.

What can a Synergy Practitioner expect?

All practitioners will have to produce a reflective client diary of a minimum of 20 clients or 240 recorded contact hours, during this process mentorship by a trainer will be given enabling the skills of the practitioner to be assessed and developed further.

Steps to Synergy

All practitioners will be trained in The Steps to Synergy Programme. This will give access to an e-based system allowing practitioners to guide private clients through the steps offering a complete structure of resources and reflective learning.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Continued development in the most up to date practises eradicating the symptoms of PTSD.

Continual Professional Development

All practitioners will have to complete at least one master class every two years. All the master classes have to be of an approved standard guided by the Synergy Institute.

Talking2Minds

All practitioners will have to attend a minimum of one change programme per year over the two year mentorship period, the practitioner will be reviewed during the programme. When the Synergy Practitioner appointment is completed it will allow the individual to work for Talking2Minds both on change programmes and for private clients referred by the charity.

Synergy Institute

Membership to the Synergy Institute is by appointment only. It’s role is to provide a model of best practice and ethically govern those who are members of the institute.

How to become a Synergy Practitioner:

The growth of all Synergy Practitioners will be monitored and reviewed systematically within the 2 year period, to allow the development and growth of the practitioner participating in the award scheme. Upon appointment of Synergy Practitioner members will be expected to continue with their own professional development and keep up to date with the latest programmes offered by Quantum Performance.

Disciplinary Procedure

The appointment of Synergy Practitioner maybe removed at any stage by the Synergy Institute if the practitioner conducts themselves in such a way that contravenes any of its ethical approaches or guidelines for best practice. All complaints are subject to arbitration and revue by the Institutes professional representative.
