What is an ILM Level 3 Professional Workplace course? The ILM Level 3 Professional Workplace course not only enhances an individuals coaching ability, it also provides knowledge and skills to mentor others within their organisation. To gain an ILM level 3 in Professional Workplace Coaching, individuals will be required to complete 120 hours of classroom training and a reflective assignments over a 2 year period. The assignment is work based, the individual will have access to a mentor during this period. The different aspects of the ILM level 3 coaching course can be applied in many contexts and is a multi disciplinary approach to creating change and enhancing performance that gives the individual and organisation value for money and a guaranteed return on their investment. How we run the courses: The course is designed to accommodate all learning styles and as such will include lecture, demonstration and opportunities to practice skills on a one to one basis. It offers a unique mentorship scheme to help develop the skills of the coach until they have completed all their assignments to reach ILM accreditation.
