Spectrum Therapy™ has been trialled extensively since 2008 in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other stress related problems producing some great results. The results achieved are measurable, speedy and long lasting allowing a better quality of life and release from memories that were previously problematic and often debilitating.

Spectrum Therapy™ is the main intervention used on the Synergy Change programmes as it offers a range of specific interventions designed to create change quickly and easily.There are three awards within the structure of Spectrum Therapy™, they are, Spectrum Practitioner, Spectrum Master Practitioner and Spectrum Trainer. The practitioner training is a 3 day training and the Master Practitioner is a 2 day training with Practitioner as a pre-requisite.The Trainers Training is 7 Days in duration with the master practitioner and the logged experience of working with 20 clients under mentorship as a pre-requisite. These are all residential with pre-course learning and practical assessment included.
